Job Descriptions

1- Meet regularly with clients and accounts to present and demonstrate Merit products and to explain their benefits. 2- Identify potential customers and introducing them to the products offered by the company. 3- Maintain contacts with clients to monitor their satisfaction with products. 4- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction with products. 5- Prepare and submitting pricing contracts to clients for products. 6- Follow up with clients to identify opportunities to increase sales volume and profitability. 7- Resolve problems with clients regarding manufacturing or delivery problems if they occur. 8- Stay informed about new products provided by our Suppliers, and to provide feedback from customers about product needs and possible innovations. 9- Prepare a monthly report summarizing monthly sales results achieved, contacts made. 10- Participate in a variety of sales training and planning meetings to learn about new products and marketing promotions, and to share information about sales goals. 11- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company assigned product lines and competitor products and their advantages and disadvantages. 12- Set and achieve personal performance goals for sales volume, new contacts made, new client sales and other related sales results achieved. 13- Travel by car, airplane, etc. to perform sales duties with clients. 14- Performs a variety of other sales related duties, as required. 15- Required to maintain vendor credentialing for assigned territory. 16- Demonstrate ability to relate to customers and constituents within the assigned market. 17- Remain calm and professional in a surgery/ operating room environment.
