Item Fulfillment:
Pick/pack as per standard and prepare delivery note
Billing:
Issue invoices
Invoice submission for collection department
Deliveries:
Arrange daily deliveries including routes, document preparation and checking toll charges for the deliveries
Ensure the Delivery team is updating the IN/OUT register
Updating sales orders with delivery comments.
Open Sales Orders:
Coordinating with Customer Service department for open sales orders on daily basis.
Maintaining Warehouse:
Responsible for arranging the inventory as per the required standard.
Responsible for inventory aging.
Physical Stock Count every quarter.
Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment.
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
Accepting delivery of inventory.
Counting and confirming inventory.
Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
Communicating errors to relevant parties.
Marking and labeling stock.
Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
