About the Position • 10-15 years seniority as Reservoir Engineer • Proficient in dynamic simulation with Eclipse • The proven track record on field development-depletion planning and execution • High level of proficiency in reservoir management: (1) well and field performance monitoring (2) production/injection balance administration (3) production/injection daily and monthly allocations (4) surveillance: static pressure, PLT, RST, MRT, etc. (5) development well proposals jointly with G&G (6) development/depletion plans • Consolidated reservoir engineering fundamentals • Basic knowledge in Geophysics, Geology, Petrophysics Sedimentology, and Structural Geology • Knowledgeable in open-hole logging tools and operations • Past experience working in multi-cultural and multi-discipline environments • Main computer literacy: PTA software, PETEX suite, production database, Eclipse • HSE conscious • Good command of spoken and written English • • QC and validate static and dynamic data (formation logs, formation fluid pressure records, conventional and special core analyses, geomechanical studies, PVT reports, welltest results, static pressures, production-injection data, etc.) • Pre-modeling data preparation • Construct, update and run dynamic simulation models with Eclipse • Welltest design and interpretation • Reservoir management • Production allocation • Preparation of well intervention programs • Troubleshoot and diagnose well and field anomalous behaviour • Select development well locations in coordination with Geology and Geophysics • Prepare the reservoir engineering section of the Intents To Drill • Propose and coordinate data acquisition and studies programs Follow and promote HSE good practices (zero accidents • Reservoir Engineering MSc degree, or equivalent
