Job Description About the team Ubix is a real-time, flexible and cost-efficient back-office processing system for listed and cleared OTC derivatives that provides global clearing and accounting for regional and tier two and three futures commission merchants (FCMs), proprietary traders and introducing brokers. Ubix has been enhanced to support the emerging cleared OTC derivatives marketplace and continues to add new markets as the listed and cleared OTC marketplace grows in established markets and fast-growing regions. What you will be doing You will join an international team (Tunisia, Belgrade, Pune, Chicago) to develop initial margin algorithms for multiple derivative back office systems UBIX, GMI and FIS CD. You will acquire both functional and technical skills in the domain of derivatives markets. You will also work on an online initial margin calculator FIS CD Margin Advisor providing portfolio margining and what-if margining features for users through web interface. • Implement new enhancements • Ensure corrective/evolutive maintenance • Work with client services in solving margin issues • Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. • Share technical and functional knowledge across the team What you bring: • Bachelor s degree in computer engineering, computer science. • Good mathematical background • Good JAVA development skills • In-depth understanding of design patterns and their application • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors • Good English level (sprint reviews, presentation, ) • Inclination new technologies discovery/learning Added bonus if you have: • Angular • Spring framework and OSGI • Derivative markets and instruments knowledge What we offer you
