Manage the Operation teams to ensure: • Prompt replies to requests received according to standards. • Effective proposals that will encourage maximum materialization rates. • Efficient execution to all confirmed business we handle according to highest quality standards • Maximize profit margins through renegotiation and yielding initiatives. • Also manage effectively control over Department s expenses by setting proper marketing & management strategies. • Represent the company professionally with suppliers and customers • Work closely with other Departments ensuring that common goals of the organization are achieved through proper teamwork. • Ensure the accuracy, quality and promptness of paperwork of the department in accordance to the policies and procedures of the company. • Conduct on going job training to all Department team members and escalate to HR where needed training needs. • Initiate and manage the Online Business and maximize the outcomes efficiently. • Initiate & Implement the Quality Control standards to ensure the proper implementation & materialization of the business and that the team performance is up to the required standards. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience is required from 10 - 15 years in order to be able to manage the place • It is required that he be familiar with all sections of tourism • Excellent command of English and computer
