• Strategy and Architecture: the Technology Solutions Specialist is responsible for scoping, developing and driving the implementation of a holistic technology solutions plan for the company based on business needs and objectives. • Solutions Objectives and KPIs: Develop and set detailed objectives and KPIs to be achieved by the solutions team in accordance with the business needs and technology strategy. • Technology Projects: Develop and implement the necessary technology solutions projects to meet the technology plan and strategy. • Requirements Definition: Support the requirements gathering and design of solution/technical specification in accordance with the business needs and objectives. • Solutions Development and Piloting: Develop solutions and prototypes to match business needs and implementation. • Solutions Selection: Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits. • Solutions Support: Define together with solutions users and owners the appropriate level of support needed and work with the solutions team to provide accordingly. • Trends Analysis: Gather trends and intelligence for platform extension, APIs integrations, and content conversions with new features and functionality. • Interaction with other units: Engage frequently with other unit managers, project leaders, and functional heads to evaluate business processes and particularly functional/business area issues in order to develop and employ the relevant solutions to address organizational needs. • Innovative Business Model: Understand the organization business models and drivers and translate them into either platform configuration or specification for new implementation or even new product offerings.
