Job Descriptions

    The purpose of this role is to provide front desk reception duties and administrative support to the team. You will be responsible for the overall front office activities, including meeting and greeting customers in a professional and warm manner, handling incoming calls and e-mails, Diary management and activities on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities within the company will be added to this position with continues experience and growth. Skills Requirements • Approachable and passionate personality. • Age : 25 - 35 years old • Be reliable, well organized and have demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy office environment. • Able to work fast under pressure. • Have excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant phone manners. • Very good command of spoken and written English. • Have high level of computer proficiency and typing ability. • Graduate with Bachelor's Degree will be an advantage. • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferably within UAE. • Attention to detail. • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Gender: Female Experience: • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred) • Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
