· Respond to all leads and potential clients in a timely fashion.
· Listing properties on Property Portals (i.e. Bayut and Property Finder, etc.)
· Manage and updating the CRM
· Quickly respond and convert inbound listing leads into appointments
· Data Entry (Editing and Posting ads and verifying in portals)
· Attending calls for advertising and forwarding to Agents.
· Follow up with Agents and Clients.
· Make listing forms and signatures.
· Make a daily report of the entire work day by day.
· Prepare contracts, addendum's, tenancy contracts, other Rera forms
· Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
· Effective oral and written communication skills with an excellent customer-service focus.
· Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
· Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail; high degree of accuracy.
· Knowledge of real estate preferred.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and act quickly
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
