1. Support the management of the long term gas turbine service contract with respect to planned and unplanned outages 2. Adhere to routine plant maintenance plans through the use of CMMS. 3. Support successful preparations and completion of planned shutdowns 4. Implement I&C and DCS engineering best practices in accordance with OEM and international standards 5. Support completion of planned shutdowns within time and budget 6. Support Operations Department in the safe and efficient delivery of commercial availability within environment limits 7. Support operations team in keeping the plant at maximum availability levels by troubleshooting and solving all I&C DCS problems at any time during day or night. 8. Be an active part of the maintenance team and help it to meet appropriate people and plant related performance measures 9. Ensure Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures are followed. 10. Participate in internal / external Quality, HS&E audits and monitor relevant findings 11. Ensure all procedures, documentation, drawings and manuals are kept up to date 12. Participate in suitable training programs, both for individual development and engineering competence, and develop knowledge and experience in colleagues 13. Work within budgets for maintenance and provide feedback on expenditure, explaining variances, potential risks and/or problems and recommending solutions 14. Support an environment and mechanism where communication and cooperation between the. 15. Maintenance and Operation teams, as well as with Admin Staff, is maintained at excellent levels 16.
