Key responsibilities and functions:
• Manage day to day operational activities.
• Type documents including letters, reports, memos, and lists.
• Set-up and maintain a filing system.
• Answer phones, take and forward messages.
• Arrange travel, hotel, rental car reservations and prepare itinerary
• Insure routine work items are received and follow-up late items.
• Maintain/order sufficient stock of office supplies and other materials required for departmental activities.
• Coordinate with other departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
The successful candidate should have:
• Minimum of high school diploma
• Good English writing and speaking skills.
• Computer literate.
• Good People skills
