Provide support and guidance to managers in effective employee relations to have a consistent understanding and application of HR policies and programs.
Provide timely response and support to employee’s inquiries regarding policies, benefits and other HR related matters.
Prepare reports and presentations, communications, data summaries and other documents/ information; perform data analysis, metrics, and trend reporting.
Build collaborative and trusted cross- functional relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Manage sensitive nature effectively and maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR Practices.
Design, create, and manage all the Job Descriptions of all the positions available.
Conduct a job analysis from time to time to support the accurate data to be utilized in creating a new J.D, carrying out performance review and OD.
Collaborate with the HR Specialist –Recruitment in identifying the required KRA and KSA of the new job position.
Support the on-boarding process of all new employees. Meet with new hires during the 1st 90 days to ensure effective assimilation and engagement levels.
Review and understand different department goals and objectives.
Properly review the department objectives and performance appraisals.
Monitor the probationary period of new employees and facilitate probationary evaluation review a month before their 6th month of employment.
Monitor the low performing employees who are still under probation and provide counseling and guidance on how to improve their performance.
Facilitate performance review and appraisals.
Review and analyze performance results and report them accordingly.
Ensure coordination with the payroll officer in adjusting the rightful salary increase, adjustment, or bonus to the respective employees on or before cut-off.
Provide support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the organizational development and continuous improvement.
