Job Descriptions

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct outbound sales activities to customers in line with the commercial strategy to drive incremental, quality revenue and improved load factors, recording all pertinent information using Salesforce according to established policies and procedures • Daily checks on Etihad pricing position vs key competitors; check competitor pricing and promotional activities and propose Etihad response. • Twice weekly review of Etihad forward bookings and market share; identify gaps and progress and recommend where to respond. • Liaise with Revenue Management for fares benchmarking, adjustments and promotional activities • Agree, create and drive promotional activities to support sales and pricing activities. • Handle customer enquiries and refer or redirect appropriately. • Handle essential office administration to ensure smooth running of office. • Support management of suppliers; liaise with finance to ensure supplier payments are handled timely and efficiently. • Meet defined sales KPIs/SLAs • In support of Sales Executives collect, review and record sales, customer, market and competitor data and insights according to established policies EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • Educated to Diploma level • 3 years’ experience in sales support activities with airline, travel or hospitality background. Experience with Sabre/GDS is preferred • Multicultural experience in dealing with people at all levels, including senior internal and external customers.
