• Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value • Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework • Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties • Manage equity research and investor relationships • Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team • Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business • Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls • Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters • Help prepare the company’s Annual Report • Develops and maintains a company investor relations plan • Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation • Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function • Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes • Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management • Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community • Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results • Represents the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy • Provides feedback to the management team regarding the impact of stock repurchase programs or dividend changes on the investment community.
