Role Purpose: The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker displaying a high level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with internal and external clients. This person must be result driven, able to prioritise their work load and manage time wisely while ensuring company standards remain un-compromised at all times. Responsibilities: Conduct and verify outlet wise audits Prepare summaries of void control sheets, complimentary, employee meals, etc. and verify authorisation Verify and tally restaurant cashier’s manual summary with outlet-wise POS revenue report. Verify outlet-wise void control sheets to ensure that all voiding are recorded, proper explanation is given and duly authorised by the Outlet in-charge. Verify the manual summary of open items (open food & beverage) with POS open items report and pass the same to the Finance Manager. Account for all restaurant checks issued by the serial number. Prepare daily food & beverage reports, employee, complimentary summaries. Report any unusual deviations from procedures and policies to the Finance Manager. Distribute daily reports after obtaining approval of Finance Manager Review the city ledger and credit card transfers of the day and pass the same to the Accounts Receivable Audit the daily cash summary and update General Cashier’s report Review overages and shortages of Cashiers and take appropriate action and review Front Office foreign exchange rates as and when required Conduct float counting of all house fund holders on a weekly basis and prepare a monthly float count summary Skills Attributes: Strong Understanding of restaurant operations Attention to details Business Acumen Effective Communication Adaptability
