Job Summary
The BMS Operator will be responsible to supervise and control the operation of the building management system and monitor all plant activities of the property service.
Main Tasks
Adjust settings on the BMS, RMS, Fire panel, Dimming control panel, Chiller control panel and Central battery systems as instructed;
Assist the building management in the safe running of the building
Focus on every opportunity on saving energy
Base on various equipment specifications and operations standards to ensure that all of the equipment is efficiently running favour the smooth building operation;
Program the BMS and PPM system and other plants (e.g. standby power generator, diesel driven firefighting pump, fire alarm system, etc.) for automatic periodic testing.
To submit reports to the Engineering supervisor on the condition and status of the Engineering system (Timely / accurately).
Perform daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities built on the building management system (BMS) e.g. data logging, plant review, alarm manager status, etc.
