The team forms part of an integrated regional group of leading Banking and Finance lawyers, helping their clients to structure and document major transactions in virtually every industry. Their broad practice in Oman spans Real Estate and Project Finance, Asset Finance, Islamic Finance and Debt Restructuring, as well as general Corporate Lending and Capital Markets mandates.
