The Systems Engineer is in charge of the implementation and support of all technical cases assigned to him/her. The Systems Engineer will be working with the Managed Services Department, where he/she will have to adapt to a diverse environment. He/She will be part of the dynamic and fast-paced team, providing services and support for clients in Jordan. This position offers an opportunity to build strong technical expertise in a multi-technology and multi-vendor environment. Experience: 5 years of relevant experience Skills Required: -Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel. -Ability to study to obtain new technical expertise/certifications. -Ability to meet deadlines. Experienced in the following: Storage (SAN NAS) Virtualization (VMWare, Microsoft Hyper V) Microsoft Services (Active Directory, SQL, Office 365, Exchange) Certifications: Microsoft & VMware Certification is a must CCNA is a plus
