Hard working, reliable, honest, ability to follow internal policies, ability to work as part of a team, ability to implement the nursery’s mission and vision correctly, impart knowledge to the children correctly, deal with children’s behaviour appropriately and consistently, educate and evaluate the students, participate in class activities and outings, participate in events and preparation of such events, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines adequately, maintain individual confidential reports in regards to the children, maintain up to date records of all meetings attended, attend professional development sessions and implement the knowledge back adequately. Skills Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or an Early Childhood Education Diploma (cache level 5) • Sound Knowledge of the EYFS is essential • Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar field (Gulf Experience is an advantage) • Must have UK experience in day nurseries • Good management and leadership experience • Must be fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage) • Have good communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels • Have strong leadership skills and be adaptable to different situations that may arise • Be compassionate to the needs of young children • A team player with a positive, service oriented attitude • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Flexible and be able to adapt to any changes
