Job Description: As a part of Creative Design team, member is expected to work on development of application layout/design using advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Angular. Member will be working in collaboration with other team members for analyzing/estimation of efforts to complete assigned tasks along with documenting required project artifacts. • A front-end developer with knowledge and experience to interpret our clients needs and who can design and develop solutions with high visual impact. • Candidate should be able to combine the art of design with the art of programming. • Key responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. • Member will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. • Capable of designing and conducting usability studies to understand user pain points, identify areas for improvement, and develop enhancements for future iterations. • Create wireframes and/or storyboards to communicate design concepts • Rapidly prototype interface concepts using tools like InVision, Sketch, and Zeplin • Knowledge of best practices and emerging trends as discovered through market research, competitive insights and user research. • Comfort working with complex data. Skills Qualification: A bachelor’s degree or higher. 5-7 years of demonstrated experience innovating engaging user experiences. Key Requirement for the Position: • Good understanding of User Interface and User Experience Design concepts • Good knowledge of Adobe suite software e.g. Photoshop, Dreamweaver • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, responsive design, HTML5 Semantic Elements, CSS Images, GIT, FTP, Website Optimization
