RESPONSIBILITIES: • Speaking to clients regarding their technology need and making recommendations. • Troubleshoot issues and perform Root Cause Analysis. • Troubleshoot and solve issues in a timely manner. • Work from a ticketing system and provide quality updates to clients and team. • Document all work completed and train support staff on client systems. SKILLS REQUIRED: • Experience in Linux server administration • Strong understanding of File System Technologies including (NFS, GlusterFS, AutoFS, Samba, CIFS) • Strong understanding of OS Performance tuning. • Strong understanding of process/Memory/Disk management • Strong understanding of LVM MANDATORY DETAILS: Relevant Exp. in Linux Server administration. Experience on NFS and Samba Experience on Ansible Experience on LVM Linux Containers
