Do not entertain unannounced visits from food or material suppliers
Observes sales floor and back stock conditions
Prepares and produces such bakery and specialty products as pastries, cakes, pies, muffins, breads, puddings, parfaits, frosting, cookies, rolls
Requisition supply items as needed from storerooms
Prepares and bakes all bakery items for menu and catered events following standardized recipes
