Roles and Responsibility: • Monitoring the delivery of a technical team through a project lifecycle • Work in tandem with team members and project manager for ensuring on-time delivery of a project • Own and develop the application development strategy based on the guidelines of Microsoft • Build and plan development environment of a project • Work closely with quality teams for ensuring adherence to developing best practices during a project lifecycle • Provide assistance in defect closing and tracking and defect root cause analysis • Assist with reviews of functional requirement and designing documents. Own and develop technical designing documents • Actively participate in discussions with project teams and client • Provide guidance to technical teams on different aspects of AX development activities • Sets direction, develops and monitors individual objectives and leads team. • Coordinates and manages project plans across functions • Provides resource estimates and establishes tasks and schedules prioritizes and assigns work to team Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required • Dynamics 365, AX 2012 • Object Oriented Programming and Design experience Morph X / X • Good understanding of AX entity, Object model & Best practices of MS. • SQL Programming and Query Tuning, Code Optimization, data conversion and uploads. SSRS Reporting • OData, AIF, Workflows, DIXF, TFS etc. Extensive experience and understanding of AX Supply Chain, AR, AP and Finance • Experience in Business Requirement Analysis, documentation and process mapping in AX • Ability to identify and recommend system enhancements, product customizations and workarounds. • Experience in integrating AX using AIF, external web services and other methods • Understanding and experience in ERP Implementation end-to-end lifecycle • Advanced experience with MS Dynamics AX configuration and custom development • Excellent communication and team building skills
