Responsibilities:
Thorough knowledge in developing and managing curriculum with respect to Fiber Optic Trainings.
Develop and manage successfully the training and development strategy in alignment with overall HR strategy guidelines.
Create brochures and training materials.
Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
Create testing and evaluation processes.
Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly
Requirements:Degree in Electronics & Communications.
