Fluency in English 2. Master's degree in special needs or special education or a specialty related to specialization from a recognized university. 3. A PhD is preferred in special needs or any of the related disciplines. 4. Field experience of not less than ten years in training for people with special needs. 5. It is preferable for those who have experience in training centers for people with special needs.
