Responsibilities:
Assists in the analysis, design, and administration of employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs.
Evaluates jobs, determines pay grades, participates in compensation surveys, and performs associated analysis.
Ensures that requests for pay adjustments comply with current compensation policy.
Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role
Conduct annual market pay analysis to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, while adhering to the company’s compensation philosophy
Requirements:
Bachelors degree is preferred
