• Maintaining proper project records, documentation, financial controls, photoshoots, etc.
• Handling Clients & Architects & PMC team on a regular basis and updating them on site progress & billing & payment collection.
• Conducting regular reviews internally with various teams like Joinery Purchase Design etc for ongoing projects to ensure time & quality performance.
• Conducting Training programs for Site Supervisors for various work processes & improvisation.
• Developing relationships with various product brands for ply/mdf, wood, hardware, paints, ceiling system, glass, metal, flooring materials, etc for better service & prices.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Educational Qualification:
B. Arch (preferred), B.E./B. Tech (Civil), Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture, etc.
• Job Experience – 4-6 years in relevant field with a team handling capacity of 5-6 people including Executive level and Site Supervisor level
• Relevant Experience would mean Interior Fitouts for Corporate Offices, Hospitality Industry (F&B outlets & Hotels), Retail Stores, Villas, etc.
• MEP Basic knowledge for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire-Fighting, Security, etc is a must.
• Exposure to Furniture Industry including Material knowledge, Joinery shop floor experience, Modular Furniture & Office furniture will be helpful.
• Should be able to handle contractors for various parameters like costings, specifications, work process, manpower, billing, quality control, time control, etc.
• Should also be conversant with MS Office packages, Email skills, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, etc.
• Must have a valid driving license from any GCC/ Middle East country.
