- Responsible for helping to build a strong, engaged community to help support company business goals, including building awareness. - Monitor all social media accounts and post relevant content daily on the various platforms - Develop and execute creative ideas for social media and promotions to research new audiences and grow an online community - Increase brand awareness - Collaborate on the integration of marketing initiatives, including offline and direct marketing - Review marketing materials to ensure quality, focus, and consistency - Research and present recommendations for emerging social media platforms Requirements Skills - BA Marketing, communications or related major preferred - At least 4 years of social media marketing - Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms, trends and technology LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube - Superior Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint - Strong understanding of web analytics. - Ability to meet changing demands and to adapt to frequently changing priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communications skills and editing - Familiarity in social media analytics
