- Plans, organizes, and manages the day to day crewing activities in compliance with RVOS policies and procedures - Ensures that assigned vessels' manning levels comply with the relevant international and flag state legislation and client requirements - Develops and maintains the crew rotational plan for his / her assigned fleet - Assists the Crewing Supervisor in the preparation of the crewing plan for assigned vessels - Screens received recruitment applications, and as needed, conducts phone / skype interviews - Coordinates with concerned parties for applicants screening and interview preparation - Searches for qualified candidates using databases, agencies, and crew referrals - Maintains an up to date recruiting database and actively prequalifies crew members for future recruitment Qualifications - Degree in Diploma Business Administration or equivalent - Minimum of 1 years of experience in vessel crew manning services; sailing experience is a plus - Knowledge of marine regulations and laws concerning crew contracts, certifications, etc. - Ability to work well under pressure and act quickly and decisively - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communications, and negotiations skills - Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS office applications and basic software applications. ERP knowledge is a plus
