Job Role: • Increase business activity by prospecting for new business opportunities across domestic and international markets • Ensure targets are met and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved via regular prospecting, customer contact and relationship management • Responsible for the full sales process from lead generation to project handover including after sales support • Organize and manage long sales cycles and negotiating contracts in a win-win style • Specifying products with consultants, developers, government, and landscape designers/architects • Preparation of technical and commercial documents while assisting in the development of sales presentations and proposals • Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives • Assist in collection of payments from clients Requirements: • 45 years old and below • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field • At least 3 years relevant sales experience; landscaping industry is an advantage • Knowledge and understanding of the bidding/quoting process for tendering projects • Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications • Knowledge of handling long sales processes within contracting field • Strong sales-management skills and excellent communication skills
