Job Role: - Coach and train team members by observing, providing feedback, modelling specific tasks or procedures, communicating expectations, and following up to in-crease their performance and morale - Conduct interviews following proper hiring and selection procedures - Works all stations in the Back of House to assist Team Members during peak times and to maintain service and quality standards - Create, cost, and prepare daily specials. - Able to generate menu engineering and propose menu, costing sheets, recipes, SOPs, standards, trainings - Communicate daily specials, shift priorities, and daily productions to all Team Members to ensure they are prepared and set up for success - Able to develop pizza concept, do pre-opening of both kitchen and restaurant - Monitor restaurant operations by conducting walkthroughs to ensure operating standards are executed and maintained Requirements: - Male, 40 years old and below - Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any related field - At least 5 years of relevant experience in F&B industry - With proven experience working in BOH section - With valuable knowledge of the local market and suppliers
