Job Descriptions

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction project management, commercial & residence projects, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. Key Responsibilities: - Prepares cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements. - He will be responsible for procuring materials, goods, products, and services. - Provide accurate job costing/budgeting projections based on product and selection lists unique to each market; determine the right labor resources and materials to complete each project - Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. - Manage competitive bid process to ensure jobs receive the most favorable pricing. - Review and evaluate cost estimates - Prepare cost analysis - Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors Requirements - Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written - Self-starter who is proactive and deadline-oriented - Ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization - Able to read plans and understanding the projects - Highly proficient in use of computer software to include Word, Excel, Outlook - Team oriented - Bachelor degree in related field required - 5 -10 years of purchasing and/or estimating experience with progressive experience required - He needs to be pro in AutoCAD and shop drawings - Having a Driving license is plus factor
