Job Role: • Develop maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues • Ensure functionality of electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings • Oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the properties • Ensure that technicians have the best physical resources available to complete tasks according to budget • Must have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts • Allocate workload and supervise staff • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with Requirements Requirements: • Open to ANY nationality, preferably Indian • Male, 40 years old and below • Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field • At least 3 years of experience as a team leader • With experience handling at least 5 technicians for building maintenance • Must have excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic • Excellent communication skills
