Job Role:
• Assisting the clients in their needs when it comes to a specific themed event such as anniversaries weddings, birthdays, family or corporate celebrations
• Contacting vendors and suppliers to negotiate logistics, prices, and deadline of deliveries
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at every event
• Observe details such as set up decor, catering, entertainment, location, special guests, promotions, etc.
Requirements:
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Open to ARABIC nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 5 years of UAE experience in managing events like weddings, family occasions, etc
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Must be familiar with sourcing for suppliers of party needs in the UAE
