Job Role: - Manage, balance and analyze all demand and supply in the supply chain, using advanced analytical, statistical, and optimization techniques - Generate the unconstraint demand signal that will be the base for the supply net demand within the S&OP cycle - Responsible for advising on the adjustment of the replenishment plan by defining priorities and necessary action, both in case of shortage and over stocks - Track all movement of stock shipments for on time delivery to warehouse and customer, analyzing KPI data to monitor performance against relevant agreed lead times - Conduct monthly forecast maintenance - Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management Requirements: - 45 years old and below - Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields - Minimum 3 years of similar work experience in an FMCG industry - Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures - Excellent communication skills - Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
