Job Role:
• Responsible for overall process of all Immigration transactions, reports and other important documents online and operations OnBase system
• Prepare and sending CBD reports to Finance team
• Following up with concierge team for merging UID numbers
• Coordinating with the PROs for overdue applications
• Coordinating with Operation Manager for any issue related to E-Channel system – OnBase or Immigration transactions
• Assisting teammates for preparing monthly/weekly timeline achievement reports
