Duties involve full engagement in graduate and undergraduate teaching, supervising students' research and activities, in addition to conducting high-impact research and service. Teaching is delivered mainly in English with some courses being taught in Arabic. Students in the Master Program of Governance and Public Policy are allowed to write their master theses in Arabic or English. Therefore, successful candidate should be a bilingual with native or near-native English skills in addition to possessing high proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic. Successful candidate will make a full contribution to the academic life of the University through research, teaching, supervising master theses written in Arabic and English, and academic service. Position holder is expected to have extensive teaching experience, together with a significant publication record, proven research experience and to have demonstrated academic leadership and an ability to lead and manage effectively. There is considerable flexibility in the organization of duties and faculty work. Requirements Minimum Qualification PhD in Public Administration (or the double major of: Public Administration and Public Policy) with extensive experience teaching both public administration and public policy related courses from an accredited and reputable Western university granted through a full-time doctoral study and residency. Successful candidates should have strong theoretical and professional background in Public Administration and Public Policy and a track record of teaching Public Administration and Public Policy courses in both undergraduate and graduate levels. Excellent command of writing, reading, and speaking both Arabic and English languages
