• Manage Store Supervisors, Store Keepers, Inventory Officers and Store workers working in the stores • Implement and follow Warehouse procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures • Inventory Control and Material Management • Managing the process to make sure all the GRN” s are done timely manner. • Produce accurate reports for Project/Construction management Material Daily Receipt / Issued and upcoming deliveries. • Plan and store layout of the storage considering the duration of the projects, project program and on volume and potential hazards. • Personnel management, Training and Leadership Development and ensure all the store team understand their duties, responsibilities & authority level. • Train staff members and conduct quarterly performance review. • Coordinate with project QA/QC engineers to verify all the delivering Engineered /permeant materials are as per the project approved technical materials submittals. • Laise with project Plant & Logistics team with regards to the requirement of stores • Create a friendly collaborative working environment to motivate employee and enhance their morale • Encourage sharing of knowledge across all levels • Conduct biannual vendor assessment
