Visual Merchandising / Retail Design - To analyze shop performance compared to expectation, company trends, and competitive position. KPIs per store/ area. - Monthly performance analysis by category, by franchise following the brand objectives (Ex: eyes/complexion/lips) - Ability to balance strategic planning vs. operational day to day - Oversee the production of VM elements and brief team on implementation. - Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays within retailer space. - Ability to read and draw technical drawings - Experience in 3D and Autocad. - Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices - Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results
