• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project • Provide project cost estimation at the time of submitting tender. • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation for sub. Contractors and vendors. • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly • Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project • Measure and value the work done on site • Approve payment to sub. Contractors and suppliers. • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers Select and/or source construction materials both finishing and stream materials. • Prepare and document claims for variances, extension of time and preliminary cost. • Prepare final closing project PNL report to the management of completion of work. • Key skills 4-6 years’ experience with similar role in construction company.
