Teraz Consultancy is hiring an Office Manager The successful applicant is expected to: - Coordinate appointments meetings through Zoom Application. - Prepare daily and weekly Business plans for Chairman. - Arrange business trips, hotel reservations, and appointments. - Prepare letters, presentations and reports. - Attend meetings and write precise meeting minutes. - Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment. - Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner. Job Requirements: Minimum 10 years experience in same position preferably reporting to CEO or Chairman. Excellent command of English Language. Advanced user or MS Office Applications.
