Ensuring the business is compliant with Health and Safety and Operational procedures for all adventures
Conducting Risk Assessments for all activities
Managing the busy adventure center – and all inventory/equipment
Creating schedules for trips and guides – making sure the right people are in the right place at all times
Working closely with the Marketing Director, to schedule trips and answer customer queries
Handling of government relations and companies legal documentation/renewals
Maintaining fleet of company vehicles
Manage the operational cost of the business and continuously targeting to optimize it
Providing high levels of customer services, and answering any customer related queries
