Bachelor Degree in civil engineering disciplines or equivalent qualifications. · Minimum 2 years’ experience in Qatar. · Good knowledge of design & drawing reading & Auto CAD. · Experience managing technical services. · Displays effective communications skills crucial to motivating team members and presenting plans in a clear and concise manner · Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications .excellent problem-solving ability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Performing inspections and initiating supporting documentation for the civil scope on an ongoing basis. · Providing support to field supervision in establishing requirements for manpower, tools, equipment, and material requirements for a given work evolution · Executing field material take-offs from "Issued for Construction" drawings. · Reporting daily installed quantities to the projects manager and general manager. · Preparing field material requisitions for equipment and materials. · Ensuring all installations are per latest revisions of design drawings, specifications, standards, and codes. · Completing and verifying quality documentation per inspection and test plans · Overall technical responsibility for the civil scope.
