RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assists in the analysis, design, and administration of employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs.
•Evaluates jobs, determines pay grades, participates in compensation surveys, and performs associated analysis.
•Ensures that requests for pay adjustments comply with current compensation policy.
•Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role
•Conduct annual market pay analysis to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, while adhering to the company’s compensation philosophy
SKILLS:
•Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
•Ability to work with large sets of data, look beyond the numbers and understand the impact on various aspects of the business.
•Ability to manage and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.
•Ability to interact with and build relationships at all levels globally.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
