Responsibilities include repair, diagnosing, assembling, adjusting, testing and calibrating various equipment including, but not limited to:
Fitness Center equipment
Appliances (popcorn machines, laundry machines, household appliances, dorm furnishings and other)
Pool maintenance and repair
Lodging maintenance (washers, dryers, refrigerators, mattresses, dehumidifiers, furniture and other items)
Grounds maintenance equipment
Mortuary equipment (appliances)
Any other items as directed or as outlined in PWS
All supporting documentation / reporting as required IAW international, US, Air Force, PWS criteria and any other industry standards/criteria
REQUIREMENTS
At least three (3) years previous maintenance of similar nature experience to include a basic knowledge of electrical principals, preferably on a US military installation with a similar mission/project of scope and nature.
Experience in using basic tools or instruments.
Previous work experience in an austere OCONUS environment with a multi-national workforce.
Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills.
Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office products.
