Responsibilities: · Responsible for formulation of tactics to optimize short and long-term leasing and accordingly, financial performance. · Establish strong relationship with various clients; existing and prospective, individual and corporate, such as corporates, key stores and retail chains and use the same in obtaining leasing opportunities and debt collection. · Lead the achievement of short-termed targeted revenues of all leasing, sales and debt collections of real estate units. · Stay abreast with market and customer trends and advise executive management on asset leasing opportunities and pricing for leasing real estates. · Ensure timely and apt performance from the administrative in supporting the sales team as well as the customers. · Collaborate with Facilities Management and ensure all identified issues are attended to and new concerns are reported and scheduled to be resolved. · Report to executive management on work and targets’ achievement progress plus challenges and support needed. Qualifications · Graduate of business, management, marketing or related degree. · 8+ years’ experience in the GCC Real Estate market including a minimum of 2 years in the Oman market; · Experience in heading a diversified team, building customer relations and achieving debt collection targets; · Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills with the ability to persuade others including executive management levels; · Being Omani national is a definite advantage.
