Designed and implemented raw material storage layout to support company growth and reduce costs. Implemented raw material tracking software to assist with inventory accuracy, as well as reduced handling and searching. Created production schedules, work instructions & operating procedures for these various departments Successfully achieved or exceeded company safety, quality, production and financial goals for six consecutive years. Developed and communicated ISO procedures to achieve Sea Ray’s initial ISO 9001 certification. Certified all production & assembled products to meet company quality & ISO requirements. Coordinated production and new product introduction, while maintaining labor variances and quality standards. Re arranged staging and holding areas to improve work flow and create more room. This created a safer and worked friendly system and also reduced time needed to set up jobs.
