Responsibilities: •Experience in Process improvement around Testing Methodology. •Should be able to work independently with minimal guidance as Self-Starter. •Ability to write test cases and execute testing. •Study and analyze software specifications documents to develop test scenarios. •Must be able to collaborate with ST, SIT, developers & business to work on the requirements and the defects found. •Work with systems analysts and development teams throughout the lifecycle to ensure that the end product meets the business needs. •Knowledge and exposure of automation tools such as QTP/UFT/Selenium and open source tools. •Knowledge on Database Concepts which includes SQL Queries. •Knowledge or hands on experience of Agile/Scrum development process. •Knowledge or hands on experience of Rally/ CA Agile Centra. •Ensure timely project deliveries (milestones and deliverables) •Good functional and business knowledge of Healthcare. •Create and maintain test cases in Quality Center along with Defect management and resolution. •Understands issues & risks in execution of Test Plan and able to take initiatives to resolve. •Ability to Participate, Present, organize walkthrough, end-to-end testing meetings with cross applications. •Participate in production implementation verification and being accountable for validating system quality. •Set up metrics and reporting structure for project testing capabilities for large projects/programs. •Create comprehensive test plans for all system changes. •Complies with the standards and processes in the test organization and excellent •Understanding of Testing methodologies and procedures. •Communicate status and report test metrics & trends. •Maintains a healthy relationship in team between onshore and offshore. Skills: •Should have Excellent communications skills. •Strong domain and technical experience in healthcare. •Should have hands-on experience on any of the applications (Tops/Cosmos/PE/IVR/SAM/CDB/MyUHC)
