ROLE PURPOSE: To perform all first line activities related to the hardware and software of network nodes. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES: 1.Preventive Maintenance: • Plan the preventive maintenance schedule for the respected Mobile/FIXED/IPCORE and CORE sites assigned by the team leader in each cycle. • Execute the preventive maintenance plan according to the schedule planned and by using the checklist assigned by the Team leader. • Correct and fix all issues related to the Mobile/FIXED/IPCORE and CORE nodes that are under the scope of the team. • Reporting and escalating of all issues found during the preventive maintenance that are out of the scope of the team to the Team leader. 2.Corrective Maintenance: • Handle all escalated alarms and outages related to the Mobile/FIXED/IPCORE and CORE nodes and ensure they are fixed within the agreed OLA/SLA by the management. • Requesting of spare parts through available channels and ensuring following the respected spare part management processes. 3.Acceptance test: • Support acceptance management team in performing the required acceptance tests related to Mobile/FIXED/IPCORE and CORE nodes according to the agreed scheduled dates and times. 4.Site Surveys: • Support projects management team in performing the required field surveys related to Mobile/FIXED/IPCORE and CORE nodes according to the agreed scheduled dates and times. 5.Change Management: • Support other respective teams in performing field activities related to Mobile/FIXED/IPCORE and CORE nodes according to change management processes. 6.Knowledge transfer: • Sharing technical knowledge with other team members and trainees. 7.Activity Reporting: • Weekly/Monthly Reporting of all activities performed to Team leader through given report templates.
