Managing project design, monitoring, implementation, exit strategy and closure Managing the project budget and project-related cost analysis Preparing and conducting internal project related meetings and trainings Liaising with local authorities, local community and all relevant stakeholders and representing PAH in all project related external relations Managing the flow of project related information and storing all project documentation Conducting the communication activities for the project Preparing weekly, monthly and annual project reports Supporting the HoM in cooperation with external auditors and controlling institutions Conducting other tasks as delegated by the supervisor Requirements: Educational Requirements: At least a Bachelor Degree in Medical Science or a related academic field Work Experience: At least 1 year experience in a project management position in WASH and Health sectors in a humanitarian setting At least 2 years experience in working with NGO & INGO Languages: Excellent command of English and Arabic Personal Skills: Strong writing skills Strong analytical skills Strong communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast pace environment Ability to work independently High ethical standards High organisational skills Highly developed cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with persons from diverse backgrounds and cultures Solid command of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
