Designing and developing publications and communication materials such as catalogues, brochures, calendars, newsletters, adverts, poster, banners, etc. Supporting in the Maintenance of corporate branding to insure there is consistency in the branding and it present right image to public Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Developing & deigning publications and communication materials such as catalogues, brochures, calendars, newsletters, adverts, banners, etc., in order to insure they raise awareness and aligned with MBG brand Pagination and Photographic enhancement of communication materials and ensure they are delivered as per agreed standard Supervising and coordinating with printers and suppliers to ensure they deliver on time and as per requirements Supporting in the maintaining of corporate branding to insure right image published stakeholders Research and acquire information from difference sources to insure company has correct and sufficient publications keep records of publications, images and materials for any future retrieve as reference or re-use when required and 0rganize and Maintain library of all materials created To coordinate with the concerned people during the printing of publications such as business cards, stationary, brochures, etc. Support Department Head and department on administration requirement to insure uninterrupted of department operation Principal Challenges: The incumbent will be challenged to think of concepts, out of the box design ideas and international quality standards for all the products that are produced by the department. This will hopefully develop the jobholders designing skills and take it to a higher level.
